What we collect

Website providers also process technical information to operate and protect the site. A short-lived hashed request identifier helps limit abuse; we do not store your raw IP address in the signup database.

Why we ask

Your details are used to process and keep a record of your guide request and respond to related support requests. The guide is delivered immediately on the confirmation page. Providing a phone number or email address does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Your marketing choices

This signup is only a request for the guide. It does not authorize promotional emails, texts or calls. Any future marketing signup will ask for your choice separately.

Storage and service providers

Signup records are stored in a database through our website hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Only authorized operators can access the records. Service providers may process information as needed to host the page, store requests or deliver communications you choose. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and the guide

A necessary, first-party access cookie remembers that you requested the guide for up to 30 days. It does not contain your contact details. This page uses no advertising pixels. Opening the PDF on Google Drive or visiting Instagram is subject to those providers’ privacy practices.

Retention and your requests
